1983 to 1990 – Worked for the Flatley Company based out of Braintree MA.

Held positions of Property Manager, Asset Manager, Director of Contracts (commercial industrial division), and Director of Operations (Commercial Industrial Division). Oversaw several large commercial construction contracts and managed over 8,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial properties.

1990 to 2008 – Founder and managing partner of Integrated Builders in Braintree MA.

Responsibilities included oversight of sales, marketing, contracts, safety and all other operations of mid-size commercial construction management company. Negotiated and manage millions of feet of construction including office, industrial, manufacturing, medical, biotech, institutional, retail and multi-unit residential. Company had sales upwards of $50,000,000 annually. Major projects included Tyco-AFC Cable Facility New Bedford MA, Black Rock Country Club Hingham MA, GE Amersham Bioscience Facility in Westborough MA, Clair Mercedes Benz in Norwood MA and Clay Nissan in Norwood MA.
